Your red box will arrive securely packed inside a brown postal box. When you lift the lid, you’ll discover that the items within have been wrapped, allowing you to enjoy the pleasure of unboxing at your own pace. Will you open everything at once—or savour the experience over several days?

Important Notes

  • Strictly Limited Edition
    Due to production lead times for the bespoke box and commissioned items, no additional boxes can be produced once this edition sells out.

  • Exclusive Content
    All items included are limited editions and exclusive to All Creatures Great and Small ~ A Treasury of Samplers, Volume II.

  • Cancellations & Returns
    Cancellations and returns are not accepted once the box has shipped. Cancellations received before the box has shipped will incur a 10 percent restocking fee.

  • Payment Options
    Payment is available via PayPal, Google and Apple Pay. PayPal’s “Pay in 3” option is also available, allowing you to split your purchase into three interest-free payments.

  • Website & Checkout Issues
    Our website is robust and designed to cater for high volumes of visitors during product launches. However, on previous releases, a small number of customers experienced temporary difficulties completing their purchase due to individual internet connectivity issues or security checks (such as reCAPTCHA appearing to “spin”).
    If you experience any issues when trying to place your order, please ensure your browser is up to date, try a different browser or device, clear your browser cache or use a private/incognito window, and temporarily disable VPNs or ad-blocking software if applicable.
    If the problem persists, please email us and we will do our very best to assist. While we cannot guarantee availability due to the limited nature of this release, we will always try to help resolve issues as quickly as possible.

  • US Customers – Customs Information
    Customs duties are charged at checkout and prepaid. All products are manufactured in Great Britain. Duties are calculated at 10% of the discounted value of the bespoke goodies, totalling £7.70. Hands Across the Sea Samplers will cover the handling fee.

  • Shipping
    Boxes will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International Service, and a tracking number will be provided. We subsidise postage, offering a flat worldwide shipping fee of £5.00, regardless of destination.

  • Dispatch Schedule
    We are based in a small rural community. Our local Post Office can process approximately 50–100 parcels per day. As with previous releases, we will ship as many boxes as possible each day until all orders are in the postal system.

  • Social Media Courtesy
    Please do not share the contents of the box on social media until one month after all orders have shipped. An important part of the collection is the element of surprise, and some customers may receive their boxes later than others.
