This sampler is brought to you as part of a series of “Little Gems” that are available as a pdf download by Hands Across the Sea Samplers.
We are delighted to present to you an original design by Sandra and Nicola. Both of us derive much pleasure from our gardens and share a love of flowers.
In our garden many flowers bloom,
Roses, tulips, forget-me-nots
And many others too.
The project is stitched with cross stitch over 2 strands of linen and has been rated as suitable for needle workers of all levels of ability and can be stitched either on Aida, Linaida, or linen.
We have finished the project into a drum but the little design would also be delightful as a framed sampler.
The pdf download includes the following graphs:
Graph 1 ~ A pdf with a four-page colour chart.
Graph 2 ~ A pdf with a one-page colour chart for the main design (intended to be viewed/used on your tablet, phone, laptop, or computer).
Graph 3 ~ A pdf with a four-page black and white chart.
Graph 4 ~ A pdf with a one-page black and white chart for the main design (intended to be viewed/used on your tablet, phone, laptop, or computer).
** Please note that the pdf does not include finishing instructions for a drum.
With our grateful thanks to Faye Riggsbee (Carolina Stitcher) who finished the project into a drum for us. Faye offers a professional needlework finishing service to stitchers ~ fayeriggsbee@gmail.com.
