A substantial supply of Au Ver à Soie Soie 100.3 in shade 523 is due to be dispatched to me the first week of November for those preparing to stitch Eliza.

These are 150-metre spools. For the complete sampler, worked with one strand, you will need:

56-count linen – 3 spools
46-count linen – 3 spools
40-count linen / 20-count Aida – 4 spools

Shade 523 is the Soie 100.3 colour selected to match the red of Eliza’s original sampler. You are, of course, welcome to choose any colour that appeals to you.

I do not normally offer silks for purchase until they are in my possession. However, I am making an exception for the BAP Challenge so that you can reserve your thread while planning your materials.

Please note that this is a pre-order. Next week’s shipment is coming to me; your order will be dispatched once the silk has arrived. Pre-orders will be limited to the quantity I am expecting in this delivery.

A further supply is expected at the end of November. Once I receive confirmation that this second shipment is on its way, I will make those spools available to pre-order.

The demand has been unprecedented, and I am doing all I can to obtain supplies. I am very grateful to the team at Au Ver à Soie in Paris for their efforts to help me meet it.
